Tynker AiO Etalon – mobile heat-storage wood-fired oven |
|
The Tynker AiO mobile heat-storage wood-fired oven is manufactured with a separate combustion chamber and baking chamber. The purpose of the structural design is to ensure that the heat generated by combustion is not used only directly, but is also accumulated in the fireclay heat-storage elements. The solution is based on the lower combustion chamber, the upper baking chamber, the fireclay heat-storage layers and the rear heat-deflecting element. Together these ensure directed flue-gas circulation, improved utilization of thermal energy and a more even baking environment. Main structural elements
|
Operating diagram of directed flue-gas circulation and heat storage |
| 1. Combustion | Wood burns in the lower combustion chamber and produces hot flue gases. |
| 2. Directed flue-gas circulation | The flue gases pass above the upper fireclay layer while transferring heat to the heat-storage elements. |
| 3. Heat storage | The fireclay absorbs thermal energy and stabilizes the temperature in the baking chamber. |
| 4. Radiant heat | The heated fireclay surfaces radiate heat back into the baking chamber. |
| 5. Flue-gas discharge | The flue gases leave through the top or rear outlet into the flue pipe and then into the chimney system. |
The oven reaches operating temperature quickly. Correct operation requires an intensive fire from the initial stage, so that not only the lower fireclay layer but gradually also the upper fireclay and the entire heat-storage mass are properly heated through.
Depending on the specific version, the Tynker AiO outdoor oven may be equipped with a top or rear flue-gas outlet. The nominal outlet diameter is Ø120 mm. Draught regulation is provided by a flue damper integrated into the flue pipe.
The manufacturer undertakes to retain the technical documentation related to the product, internal technical descriptions, product identification data, risk-assessment elements and this Declaration of Conformity in accordance with the applicable EU documentation requirements, and to make them available upon a justified request by the competent market-surveillance or regulatory authorities.
The product may be operated only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and safety instructions. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for risks arising from improper installation, improper chimney connection, insufficient ventilation, use of unsuitable fuel or unprofessional operation.
Where the appliance is connected to a chimney system, compliance with local legislation, fire-safety regulations, chimney-technical requirements and competent-authority requirements is mandatory.

This document applies to the Tynker AiO model family, defined as a mobile heat-storage wood-fired outdoor oven based on the same operating principle.
EtalonKimaKybosSigmaDelta
The model variants may differ in shape, exterior casing, chimney-outlet configuration and weight; however, the basic operating principle, combustion-chamber/baking-chamber concept, heat-storage function and flue-gas discharge principle described in this document apply uniformly to the AiO product family.
The Tynker AiO appliance is a mobile heat-storage wood-fired oven primarily intended for outdoor use. The appliance may be equipped with a top or rear flue-gas outlet with a nominal connection diameter of Ø120 mm.
Draught regulation is provided by a flue damper integrated into the flue pipe. The connecting flue pipe has a diameter of Ø120 mm and an approximate length of 0.5 m, forming the initial connection section to the chimney system.
For connection to an existing chimney, a minimum chimney diameter of Ø150 mm is recommended, together with a short and preferably straight flue-pipe route, minimization of horizontal sections, and provision of adequate natural chimney draught.
The final assessment of the conformity and suitability of the connection is always within the competence of a chimney professional, inspection technician or other duly authorised specialist.
